OptimusMov is a search engine and directory of third-party streaming content. We do not host, store, upload, or distribute any video files or copyrighted material on our servers. All content is embedded from third-party sources.
1. Our Role
OptimusMov operates as an online directory and search tool that helps users find publicly available streaming content from third-party providers. We do not:
- Host, store, or transmit any video files, audio files, or other copyrighted content
- Upload any content to third-party streaming services
- Control or moderate the content available through third-party embeds
- Maintain any database of copyrighted works on our servers
All video content displayed on OptimusMov is embedded from third-party services that are publicly accessible. We act as a neutral intermediary providing links to content hosted elsewhere.
2. DMCA Notice & Takedown Procedure
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe that any content available through our service infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notification to our Designated Copyright Agent.
To be effective, your notification must include the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- The URL or specific location of the material you claim is infringing (please be as precise as possible)
- Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
3. Submit a DMCA Notice

Response time: 24-48 hours. We will respond to all valid DMCA notices within 24-48 hours. Upon receiving a valid notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the identified content.
4. Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you submitted was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, and telephone number
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district

5. Repeat Infringer Policy
We maintain a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyrighted content. We also reserve the right to remove content and terminate accounts based on a single verified infringement notice.
